The staff was very nice and helpful.
The pool was a little chilly, but this was not a deal breaker!

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very nice. I would recommend this hotel. The breakfast is excellent and convenient too.

Hotel is 300 yards off the main street and there is
no signage.

Arriving in the middle of the night horrible. There is no signage visible from Shaw Avenue. The address is skipped when checking addresses of neighboring businesses. We were told via phone to turn by the sign of a Hero’s restaurant to get to the hotel. You need to travel down what amounts to a long driveway to access hotel. Crazy and frustrating.

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast bar was king among breakfast bars.
The pull out coach was not very comfortable, the bed could have been better too.

I feel like we were treated well and the amenities were very nice.

Nice convenient hotel, close to stores and main thoroughfares. Room clean, spa, pool, basic restaurant. Family friendly, WiFi in each room.

Excellent staff and comfortable rooms.
No hotel room service.

The staff was friendly and took care of all our needs. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. The grounds and pool were wonderful. We have stayed here 8 times and it is a great hotel for families.

The beds are very nice. The rooms are spacious. (They found my lost keys.)
The room HVAC is difficult to adjust comfortably. Buffet closes too early (11am); after that, nothing.

I've been staying at this hotel for some 20 years. Access to this hotel is poor and unusual. Signage off Shaw Avenue is not good. The bar is small but intimate. Interior decor is nice. Hallways are clean and secure. Restaurant is not open enough hours, but I like the fact it is not too busy as it was years ago. A lot of the drawbacks to this place are the same things that make it appealing. read more
