A fee of $40 for incidentals was charged at check in. I was not informed about this fee.

We needed a microwave at 11:30 at night and got one with no problems!
I was very pleased with the service we received from the staff. My husband and I were traveling with our two young children. When I checked in and was offered a room on the third floor I declined stating we had young children asleep in the car. So, instead we got a room on the 1st floor which was much for convenient for us. And, we needed a microwave to warm up a bottle. We got one with no problems and it arrived timely. The outside of the hotel is inviting and charming.
The breakfast is much like a complimentary breakfast yet you will be charged a fee of $7 to $12 bucks.
Hotel was nice I would come here again.

Very noisy room - could hear mechanical equipment all night.
Clean and convenient. We got sentenced to a crummy, noisy room though. Just too tired to ask for another room - there were plenty available.

Friendly, safe, clean, upscale, quiet, all the conveniences I needed.
I could hear my neighbor's conversation and

the adjoining door.
It's attractive and easy to find, had all the amenities. Comfortable and clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
