Hotel was very nice.
Need to upgrade bedding to Marriott bedding, bed was hard!

The hotel is definitely a 3 star hotel except for the bedding. I have to have a softer mattress since I have terrible back pain. This is a beautiful hotel. Liked the indoor pool and spa. Breakfast was only $5.00 and had made to order omelets, bacon, scrambles eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy and Belgian waffles, very well! I would definitely stay there again if they changed the bedding. Regarding your first question, the room was very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious except for the bedding! read more

Fitness center, customer service was phenomenal.
No elevator, pool room needed some updating.

The hotel was great. The rooms were adequate, nice pillows and clean. We used the pool one evening and the towels needed replenishing. Other than that, we just can't say enough good things about this hotel, especially customer service.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was quiet and felt safe.
The bed was not very comfortable. No wireless internet.

The hotel was basically fine. It just felt a little dated. The bed was really hard! Needs to update to wireless internet in the rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located to Goshen College and shopping. It is a very pleasing building and the staff was very pleasant.

This place was excellent. It was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

No elevators, I have bad knees.

Very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. They had snack and drinks in the lobby for the travelers.

Helpful staff, clean rooms and lobby, computers with internet access in lobby, awesome pool area.
Beds are very hard.

Staff at this hotel make the experience at this hotel. At first we were lost but thanks to excellent directions from the front desk we made it there with no problems.

Great location for our local activities.
Bed was kind of hard and uncomfortable.

This is a very good hotel considering the size of the surrounding community. I would definitely stay again next time I am in town.

The most uncomfortable hard bed I've ever slept on.

This hotel was nice overall but the bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. I did not get a good night's sleep because of it. The manager did say they are going to replace the beds, but as of my stay in August 08, it wasn't soon enough. I would not recommend this hotel just for this reason. If they would replace the mattresses with better ones, then I would have no complaints.
