Hotel is clean and well maintained, with good amenities a business traveler would support: free internet, printer for air boarding passes, coin-operated laundry, free newspaper, etc.

The location for this hotel was amazing! Staff was great, too!
A/C in our room was not working well.

Traveling with 4 female adults, total. The hotel was great. Cute hot tub area. Too cold for the pool. A/C was on the fritz in our room, but the tiny balcony allowed us to open the door and enjoy some outdoor breeze. The location was the most amazing part of this hotel. Right off the interstate, very close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Many restaurants within walking distance (and trust me--that is not far for me!). Would highly recommend this hotel and will aim to stay here should I find myself in Greensboro again. read more

Small exercise room but met expectations.

My third stay and I'm returning again soon. Convenient and great service. Other Courtyards should be so service oriented.

The beds, linens and pillows were unbelievably comfortable.
Amenities/extras were very scarce and only breakfast was served.

Room really needs to be updated.

Hotel is nice and in a great location, but the rooms definitely need a makeover. I don't think they sell the type of TV's that were in the room anymore.
