We were there due to an emergency in our family. It was very serious and my brother ended up passing away. The staff was kind, gracious and helpful.

From what I remember it was pretty, very nice. Staff was kind, helpful and professional. The view was amazing, comforting and beautiful especially when the sun was setting. It was clean, comfortable and under the circumstances my memory isn't as good as it should be. But I left very pleased.

It was convenient and clean.
The staff was not very accomodating.

Booked through Priceline for 3 adults. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted and told we had 2 queen beds. Upon entry into the room there was one king bed and a sleeper sofa.

Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Double beds we preferred queens and there were no restaurants close by except one in lobby. Had to take metro or drive if you were hungry.

The hotel itself it nice and staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good easy access to metro and not too far away form the Mall. However, unless you wanted to eat in the lobby restaurant often you had to head to Chinatown or further. Not too much around.

I did not like the bathroom set-up - sink area outside of the shower area. It felt like a lower quality hotel, overall.

The location was perfect for me. The staff were nice and helpful in most cases. I did purchase yogurt which was out of date and had to be returned. I appreciate the free Internet access.

Clean, reasonably priced and very comfortable.
Would love to have a continental breakfast included.

We loved staying at the Courtyard Marriott. The room was very comfortable. Located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes from skiing and tubing at Massanutten. Nice indoor pool and hot tub the kids really enjoyed. We had a great time!
