Excellent front desk and bellman service, comfortable, and attractive room.
Strong cigarette smoke smell and stains on chaise / sofa chair made me feel it wasn't clean. Internet access not complimentary.

This hotel's staff impressed me most with their courtesy and professionalism. The room was well appointed and comfy with a spacious desk and velvet sofa chair, though could have used an odor neutralizer to combat the heavy smoke smell on entering the room.

Beds are wonderful.
A little out of the way.

Very nice, clean, new hotel with plenty of space in the room. Bathroom is very nice - glass walls in the shower increase the feeling of spaciousness. I wish there were a pool. Exercise room is adequate and is open 24 hours making it very convenient for business travelers.

Clean, and new room.
Location, the room was smaller than I expected.

New, clean but doesn't have many facilities such as a fool. My room was one of their best rooms(a staff said), but smaller than
I expected. Beds size were also small.

The staff was great, the room I stayed in was big and comfortable, view was excellent.
The location was a bit far from the mtr station. Otherwise lots of stores, food around the hotel.
