The concierge was very helpful and friendly, and generous with her time.
There was no free breakfast.

I was in Indianapolis for a convention, and the hotel was both comfortable and secure. When I needed copies made for a give-away at my booth, I asked if there was a copy place nearby. The concierge offered to take care of it right there, and for no cost!The only thing that disappointed me was the absence of a complimentary breakfast.
