No complaints at all.

This hotel is well appointed, the staff was
very friendly and helpful. The staff recommended a very nice restaurant, provided directions and inquired as to whether I enjoyed it when I returned. Very professional and accommodating staff.

Very noisy - doors have a lot of space under them.

Get bigger doors or put hushers on the bottoms. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway--especially at 4 am when someone decides to re-stock the soda machine. Didn't feel very private either.

Convenience to the airport and cookies at night.

We needed something close to the airport for a 5:00 AM departure and a large room to accommodate three adults and a baby bed. Very nice accommodations. Fiendly staff, airport shuttle, 24 hour desk. We couldn't stay long enough to take advantage of all the amenities but were very pleased to have something close to the airport that was a significant cut above a low cost hotel at a very reasonable cost. Night staff was friendly and checked me in quickly.

The hotel was well-staffed for late night arrivals, put out cookies and gave me a newspaper. Very polite and helpful staff. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything in the room worked. Predictable consistent quality that would expect - thought 3 1/2 stars was a little overrated. Big difference between this hotel and the 4 star hotel I had booked for the next 3 nights.

Sound-proofing wasn't great.

This was a great location - right off the highway and close to the airport. The room was comfortable and even though we left too early to eat breakfast, we took advantage of the free coffee bar. My only complaint would be the sound-proofing of the room. An airport hotel should be built to keep the sound out!

Liked the overall cleanliness & atmosphere. Excellent!
They did not have a room available after our cruise.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful when we arrived. Room was cool and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. We had to stay at a Hotel next door after our cruise and were not satisfied with it at all after staying at the Courtyard.
