Food at the breakfast buffet was cold for the most part.

Excellent location. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable, especially after a long trip and a hectic couple of days.

Good location. Close to the airport.
Walked into the fire alarm going off.

I walked in and the fire alarm was going off. There was no one at the desk and the sound was awful. Finally got the noise stopped and checked in only to get to my room and have my keys not work. When I woke up I found bugs crawling on the wall and a brown spider in my towel. Needless to say I am not very happy with this hotel experience. It was a very unpleasant stay.
