It had the best selection of public transportation maps for NYC found during the entire trip.
Can't think of anything.

Prompt airport shuttle pickup. Prompt checkin. Nice clean facilities.

Free apples in the lobby.
The curtains were sheer and let in some lighting the morning.

This is great for a business traveler and they have free shuttles to te airport every 15 min. As well as free Internet.

One of our rooms was warm & uncomfortable for 3 days the hotel had turned off the AC. We were disappointed at not being able to adjust the room temperature.

Bad customer service clouded my experience
The staff was unwelcoming -- would not stay there again

The staff at this hotel clouded all the physical attributes of the hotel. THEY WERE OVERWHELMINGLY OBNOXIOUS. With all the obvious effort made by the investors to provide good facilities, the poor customer service compromised the whole experience...I would not choose this hotel again because of this. The LaGuardia Holiday Inn is a much better option.

Extremely high price to park your vehicle at the hotel.

Nice facility; wished I knew ahead of time that if you pay to stay as a guest, you are required to pay to park your vehicle. I have never experienced this ever.

Breakfast was to open at 6 but didnt open before 6:15 so i missed breakfast which was disappointing.

Great location. nice comfy rooms. Staff was so nice to take me to a nice restaurant nearby in their vans for free.
