Definitely a 4 star; the staff was above and beyond for caring and trying to make sure the stay was satisfactory (and above).

I got it at a great price.

The staff was not accommodating when asking for two double beds. The hotel is right next to the interstate and it is very noisy. There was a strong clorox smell at the 1st floor elevators. There was only one computer for internet and people had to wait a long time to print out their boarding passes. Two would be more sufficient for a hotel this size. Nice workout room.

Room was attractive - next door to Outback Restaurant.
Restaurant set up misleading - bed uncomfortable.

The restaurant set up was the same as those offering free continental breakfasts. While in retrospect we realized they had not advertised a free continental breakfast as those that use the same set up - the appearance led to an assumption on our part. We did not realize we would be paying for breakfast until we were eating and a bill was placed on our table. We would rather have spent that $20 at Cracker Barrel - the quality was certainly not worth the price. read more
