The hotel staff was very friendly yet professional.
Pillows were terrible and sheets were very wrinkled.

It was OK. I expected more from a Marriott.

The staff was extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating.
Entering and exiting the parking lot was not user friendly from north had to circle around interstate to enter.

The lobby is large, allowing family to visit. Staff made us feel at home, no problems with requests, etc.

Friendliness of staff and quiet location of room, at rear of hotel.
Rooms small and front of motel was very close to a busy highway.

This motel met all my expectations but I thought the rooms were too small, especially compared to other Courtyards.

Very clean, and pleasant.
They gave us an outside room near noisy highway.

This was a very clean and attractive room. I wouldn't call it a luxury hotel. It just seemed like a standard size two-bed room, with few extras. I thought we were going to get a free breakfast, but when I asked, the clerk said no.

Need new improved beds.

The hotel needs new beds, and a re-model. The furniture is old. The colors are out of date. The smell is not fresh.

Pool too small

Really liked the comfort and general quality for the price! We got a steal. Also, the computer area was a nice amenity at no charge. I used it a couple of times. In our room, everything we needed including plenty of towels and pillows! The coffee/tea station was very nice as well - not a cheap-ee deal as you see most places that provide complimentary beverages. Candies - great tough! We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor locking was a must - nice as our room was at far end of things. read more

Our room was clean and attractive and the beds were very comfortable.
I expected to have a small refrigerator in the room, and most three star hotels have breakfast for guests.

They are in a very convenient location to restaurants, the beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, I wish the room had a refrigerator. The pool was small and crowded we did not use it. We are used to the hotel having a breakfast, they did not.
