No free breakfast when Fairfield up the street included it.

Hotel was clean and staff was OK. We didn't get clean face towels the second day we were there but that wasn't a big deal.

The building and furnitures.

It looks like Marriott chain bought Day's Inn building and tried to make it Marriott. The
TV was too old and small I was surprised that it was a color
TV along with all the cheap and old furniture's, in the small closet hardly my luggage fitted I was complain because when I have a Marriott H. I'm very happy with the plasma big TV's and nice furnitures.

We had to pay for the continental breakfast.

Every hotel on the same level as the Courtyard Marriott that I have stayed in, in the past few years have offered a free breakfast. The people that were there with children left and went to McDonald's.
