Hotel was not close to area attractions.Pool was very dirty, wasp nest everywhere. Had to ask for towles. Day staff was nice, evening staff very rude. Never any ice in machine, lobby was hot, elevator hot, hotel smelled of mildew. I thought I was getting a high star hotel for little money, but I paid money for a 1-2 star hotel. This Hotel is not a high star hotel.

Convenient and cozy.
It never got very cool. We had trouble sleeping because it was warm.

We enjoyed staying here. It was convenient and easy to find, the room was nice and we would stay there again if going through Memphis.

They had a computer center in the lobby.
No towels by the pool.

This is a place to stay for an overnight on the way to someplace else. The lobby was nice, but the desk clerk at sign in could not find my reservation and was not very friendly. Perhaps she was frustrated that she could not find the reservation and then asked if I had two. When I said I had only one and gave her my confirmation number, she was then able to find it immediately. She did not, however, ask for a number. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
In poor repair.

I didn't feel that this hotel met the Marriott standards. Tile broken and missing in the elevator, old carpet in the halls, rod-iron fence around pool was broken and dangling... pool was full of leaves and not particularly clean. The staff was excellent in their service and attention to my needs.

The staff was was very friendly & pleasant to deal with.
The property was worn & dirty.

The staff was excellent. The room was satisfactory. However the property itself was not in very good shape...not well maintained & the hallways, windows, doors, etc. were dirty.

Check-in took at least 20 minutes.

The facility is a typical courtyard setup. Nice public spaces and rooms. The check-in was a disaster. One girl who was not concerned that several people were waiting in line. Took at least 20 minutes and I was second in line when I arrived. The outside is secured with a gated parking lot. Added safety in a not so safe area. Overall a good experience.
