I have no dislikes to share about this hotel.

This property is conveniently located near both the Neely's Restaurant and a Triple-D: Diners, Drive-ins and Dive featured establishment, as well as major highway routes.

The hotel receptionist was most professional. & knowledgeable and respectful.
The gated area was concerning, but was
OK. Would avoid this area in the future.

Rooms were fair. Lamp was broken. The front desk receptionist was exception, professional and polite as well as informative.

Room was well layed out.
Let in the gate without giving name and room nearby, car gate was open when I came in and was told security guard doing rounds, people gate always open.

Overall, good hotel room and nice layout. One small problem there was only one waste basket.

AWESOME room! It was huge and very comfortable.
Had to drive a long way out of the way to get back on the freeway.

I arrived late and tired. The staff was very friendly and attuned to my desire to get to bed. They expedited my check-in and helped me get to my room. The room was AWESOME, huge and had a big comfy bed. The next morning, the shower did not disappoint and I was out in record time.

The staff was helpful in finding us a memorable dining experience.
We called for a wakeup call which we never got that made us almost to late to catch our flight.

Overall it was a pleasant experience except for the wakeup problem mentioned earlier.
