Very close to airport.
All rooms have a balcony, this was great except I was on the bottom floor so you stand in the parking lot, wish it was closed it.

Very happy with this hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, secure parking and close to the airport.

Hotel staff helped us find mechanic and aloud us to stay after check-out time.
Not easy to find from highway, small ground level sign.

We had a major vehicle breakdown while at this hotel. Secret, the clerk, helped us locate a towing service, repair shop and even aloud us to stay past check-out time (until our car was returned to us). I will return to this hotel every time I visit Memphis.

Nothing.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The parking lot security was a definite asset. I would recommend this hotel to friends for service and value.
