Courtyards are generally nice hotels to stay in and secure.
Internet in room did not work and printer downstairs was off line and I could not print before I had to leave.

The beds were very comfortable.
The night staff was difficult to find.

While it's possible this hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, in a hotel, the nighttime staff was almost impossible to find. The breakfast was broken down a half hour before the posted time and the hotel itself was distant from everything.
