The staff were very welcoming.
We bid for a 4 star hotel - this was clearly a 3 star property.
The hotel was clean with a very welcoming staff.

Easy to find. It was comfortable. Check in time should be earlier.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly.
I expected more personal amenities (body lotion, etc.) from a 3-star hotel.

The refrigerator was not working properly and so we called the front desk and it was fixed that same day.

Good value for money.
I was just expecting something a little better location.
We had a 1st level room and my neighbors were going in and out of the outside door all night. I had to wonder what was going on but didn't want to draw attention to a problem as I was traveling with my son.

Clean and quiet.
No refrigerator or microwave.
It was nice and quiet but lacked some accommodations found in lower class hotels.

I liked the linens and bedding, the new decor, the friendliness of staff.
They did not have a continental breakfast but a full buffet that was costly, $11 per person.
I found this hotel, Courtyard Marriott to exceed my expectations for the price. I was pleased with my choice of a hotel, the time I spent there, the new remodeling and more.

Pleasant.
Old sheets would not stay on bed.
