There was food in the trash can in the room from previous hotel guest smelled horrible. Told staff about this someone came up about 8 hours later to clean and we got a Sorry we stayed at my brothers cause there was no refund on the hotel and they would not move us to different room! Will not return and do not recommend anyone else to stay at this hotel ever!

The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience there nice.
The bathroom needed some work.

I really enjoy staying at this particular hotel. From the minute I enter the doors the staff greets you. even the housekeeping is very courteous and polite.

Super friendly staff. Easy access to dining and entertainment.
The whirlpool water smelled soured and left your skin sticky but staff quickly fixed it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to help accommodate your needs and questions. I really can't say enough about the staff. The bed was comfortable and had a ton of pillows. The rooms are very quiet, especially being right next to the interstate. I was traveling with a 3 year old and everyone treated us both warmly.

People were noisy, around 8 am, in the hallway.

We had trouble finding the hotel via our GPS but the front desk was very accommodating and gave us directions that brought us right there.

Well lit, clean, modern, and overall pleasant.

This hotel was great to stay in. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Connecting to the wireless Internet connection was no problem and I was even able to work through a VPN without any haste. The work desk was large enough and the chair at the desk was comfortable overall although I wish it would allow for rocking back some as that's what I'm used to at home in my office. We didn't eat breakfast there but the market had a lot of goodies, including their ice cream, which we had. Great place for a business/leisure stay but probably not a hotel for a honeymoon. Clean, comfortable, modern, with Red Lobster and Pasadas within walking distance, what more could you want. read more

Friendly staff. Quick check in. Quality room.
A little truck noise from freeway traffic, but not enough to bother stay.

It was a great one night stay in a quality hotel. Staff was really good. 11 restaurants in walking distance. Over 50 % off.
