We have just completed a multi-million dollar renovation. Every room is newly renovated.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami, the Courtyard by Marriott Miami Downtown puts you in the center of everywhere you need to be. The door lock entry card failed once.

It had a good view of the city.
We had to pay to park in a parking garage.

Overall the hotel was nice. The bed was a little hard. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive. You have to pay to park overnight.

The Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Miami is a just what you'd expect from a Courtyard Marriott- meaning, they met all expectations-clean, good amenities and were very friendly. It is a no-frills, but good classic place to stay.

The staff was very nice.
Loud construction in neighborhood, noisy rooms.

This hotel was a disappointment. The staff and convenient access to downtown were much appreciated. But there was very loud major construction outside beginning early a.m., and the rooms seemed poorly insulated so that we could hear conversations in the next room quite clearly. Closet door was off tracks and broken.
