Very large rooms for New York city.
Nothing.

Great hotel. The rooms are very spacious considering NY standards. Room very clean. Lobby is very low key. Not a fancy lobby like the Astoria etc. Reminds me of an apartment lobby. I would recommend this hotel because of the rooms.

Very close to subway. Mini fridge and I Home alarm clock in room.
No open late coffeehouse near by, after 9 pm it's pretty dead around there on Friday night.

Overall a good location for business travelers. The first staff person I encountered at the front desk wasn't very friendly. She continued a private conversation with a co-worker for quite a long time. She didn't stop to acknowledge me, so I had to wait for her to finish her conversation. However, the other staff person I encountered when checking out was friendly. So I guess it's just a toss up on customer service. Room was fine read more

Respectful people employed there - concierge outstanding info.
Entry way is compartmentalized, and services all over different floors.

Room prices in NYC are typically. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was in a separate location and of course, there are very few pools in NYC.

We had a terrific experience. I called the hotel in advance and requested two beds and they honored my request. Staff was lovely.

Nice location, staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were great with free internet access, gym, coffee & tea, newspaper, & laundry. Will definitely use this hotel again.
