Lobby and public space renovation November 7, 2009-January 15, 2010. Some noise can be expected and lobby facilities may be temporarily relocated. Work hours are 9:30am-6pm daily. The Courtyard by Marriott-Monroe Airport has taken extraordinary steps to provide our guests with exceptional service and amenities. Look forward to guest rooms with fresh new bedding decor and plush mattresses that assure a great night's sleep. Our new well-equipped business center provides you with the ability to be productive while away from the office. Unwind at the end of the day in our indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and exercise room. Each morning, start your day with our reasonably priced breakfast buffet. The Courtyard-Monroe is located adjacent to the Pecanland Mall to satisfy all your shopping needs. By the mall.
Had no way to enter the parking lot without going thorough the main park lot.

The room seemed to be clean but had no towels in the room. When they bought me some towels.
One of the towels had a dead ant on it. Yes, I did think was a little nasty to bring towels to someone's room with dead bugs on them.

The balcony was not one you could sit or even stand on.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but nothing special. There was no complimentary breakfast.

The front desk staff was very friendly.
No extra sheets, housekeeping was poor.

This hotel did not meet expectations. The interstate noise was unbelievable and there were no extra sheets in the room, no tissues, there were noisy guests running up and down the halls. The staff did not offer to come and set up the crib in the room they just handed it to us in the bag. There is no free breakfast. You must pay for the breakfast buffet in the restaurant. I will not stay at the Courtyard Marriot again! read more

No free continental breakfast.

Other than false advertising on the not so free continental breakfast, it was adequate, not luxurious, but sufficient. There was no hair dryer in the room as advertised.
