The lobby was small. The rooms did not have extra blankets. We turned on the heat.

It was not pricey

I got a good deal on the rooms and for the price it was sufficient since I needed two rooms for my adult children. I didn't have high expectations, however I have stayed in Montreal at other hotels with the same star rating and they were friendly and had more amenities. Unfortunately, they were not available when I booked these rooms.

Good breakfast and near a lot of things.
No refrigerator in the room and you have to dial 0 before the 911!

Rapid service, swimming pool not that clean, good service at the restaurant, the air machine so loud!

The overall atmosphere was great.
Nothing!

Great place for the price, great location in the heart of downtown, we were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Within minutes of a lot of shopping and restaurants.
