Everything was even better than expected.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was phenomenal, very accommodating and would highly recommend. Everything was immaculate, everybody greeted you with a smile and a hope you enjoy your stay here! The cleaning staff were amazing from their cleaning down to their genuine glad you're here feeling they gave you. They seemed to appreciate working there!

Excellent price and fabulous quality. We checked in around 10pm and left by 8:30am, but wished we were spending our whole trip in Nashville just to stay there.

It was clean and comfortable. Friendly front desk.
I did not like the way the room was arranged. We had a king bed with a TV to the side. Seemed as if the furnishings were all on one end.

We were pleasantly surprised. Good affordable hotel in a convenient area to Opryland area and downtown. Lovely courtyard.

Loved the beds...they were very comfortable. Oooh. The pillows too! So soft.
Low water pressure. I like to be able to get the shampoo out of my hair.

Had our 70 year old parents with us. The staff was wonderful, rooms very nice, and the beds were very comfortable (a big win for me). We just stayed the one night as we were flying out very early the next morning.
