There was no cigarette smoke smell! Beautiful grounds & rooms.
Did not have free breakfast.

I love this hotel. My husband had to have surgery at Vanderbilt hospital and I feel safe there, feel that the rooms are clean, the buildings were all in top shape and the landscaping was great. The hotel has no cigarette smoke smell at all.

The extra towels and actually had glasses not plastic.
Didn't have chairs on the balcony in back.

I would enjoyed sitting outside at night in chairs if they had been provided.

Rooms were clean, did not smell musty like a lot of hotel rooms.
I did not have any complaints about this hotel, would use facilities again.

We had a good experience at this hotel. We did not use the pool or the spa area but they seemed clean and well kept. We needed more towels one night and the service was prompt. Staff spoke to you in the hallways, recommended restaurants, very helpful. We would stay at this motel again.

Went to what I thought was a continental breakfast and about halfway through my breakfast was presented with a $10.67 bill for what I thought was a continental breakfast. I will never stay at a Courtyard by Marriot again.

Cleanliness, convenient to airport, lots of bang for my bucks, attractive room and lobby, staff and shuttle a plus, just plain nice.
Can't think of a thing.

Staff was helpful in getting us to our rooms and airport and back. Nice atmosphere. Good coffee.

I love mar riots beds.
We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator.

We enjoyed our stay, wish we would have stayed in a residence inn, for more room and fridge. We thought the parking was a little inconvenient, far from the door in rain.
