Great front desk and bell hop staff.
Entry into room a bit awkward. Door did not open entirely due to the wall.

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, convention center, and Country Music Hall of Fame.

I loved the arrangement of the room and the bed.
The hotel info book was terribly lacking-no info as to location of gym, time of lounge operation, etc.

Lovely room, HD TV, clean comfortable room and heavenly bed.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Check in was quick, staff was friendly and the rooms were much larger than we expected. The king bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed.
I didn't like the small space in front for check in.

It was much nicer than I expected. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. Very good customer service. Excellent valet service.

Great location to walk to downtown Nashville. The hotel appeared to have recently been remodeled. Very clean and nice furnishings and highly recommend it.
