Location.
Only having valet parking, paying for breakfast.
Decent hotel, but you're paying strictly for the location to the French Quarter. I would stay here again, if I were able to receive the same rate I did before. If I had to pay more, I'd find somewhere else a little nicer.

The hotel was only a walking distance to Bourbon, the casino and everywhere else we went.
Our room was tiny and very crowded.
Hotel rooms were small but overall the hotel was very nice, convenient and staff was very helpful.

I felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for at this hotel.
I found the breakfast wait staff friendly but a bit disorganized.

Clean and quiet.
Iron, hairdryer did not work. Some staff were not friendly.
Hotel room was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. However, some services were poor. When I arrived, no one was there to valet my car. I had to unpack and settle into my room before I could find the valet. When I had a few hours to check out of my room, someone knocked on my door just to ask if I was checking out, which I found quite rude.
