Nice and clean with good wireless service.
Expensive to eat.

I like this hotel. Its clean and comfortable. I have used this hotel many times and never had any thefts, nor heard of any. The area seems safe.

The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom very nice.
The valet parking is $20 a night and you have to park on the street which I received a parking ticket.

Other than the parking I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. Loved the bed.

Minor issue with airport shuttle in the morning.

The Courtyard was very nice and clean. The room was on the small side, but all New York city hotels have small rooms. The service was quite good except for a small issue in the morning with the shuttle to the airport (there were a lot of airline staff who needed to go to the airport, and it seemed like they were under the impression that there should have been a separate shuttle for them). read more

Provide at least one menu option in restaurant for wild salmon, there were 4 or 5 salmon dishes, all farm-raised.

I wanted a hotel near the airport so that I would not have to battle freeway traffic to catch my 7 am flight. The hotel has shuttles every 1/2 hour; to be sure I didn't miss the flight, I left at 4:30 am, and the shuttle took me though I was the only guest at that hour. TSA was extremely slow; I didn't get through security till 6:15 am. So proximity and shuttle service turned out to be hugely important for me. read more

Super convenient for business travelers.
Room was pretty tight.

My room faced the front of the hotel and had a beautiful view at night of the freeway and the airport. The service was great, and Internet was very convenient to use. Also, they are set-up everywhere for the business traveler with easy flight check-in computers in the lobby.
