It was right in the middle of everything.

I was very impressed with the hotel, clean room and comfy bed. When we asked for info about area they were very helpful and really enjoyed our stay there.

Proximity to the falls and the rest of the resort.

Changing shifts without correlation. Problem was not solved because the manager on the original shift was not there, and day shifts didn't'[t follow up on my concern.

Parking was extra but I feel when staying at any hotel, parking should be included for guests.

The front staff lied about beds and floor and having 2 rooms together.

Good location and clean. Hotel staff won't help you out at all. Rooms are large and beds are good.
