Better than average mattress. Nice hallway to room.
The TV was geared to sell shows and movies. I was charged $5.99 for accidentally ordering a rerun of a current show.

Decent value except for TV designed to confuse customer to make a purchase.

This is
not a 3 1/2 star hotel. I was very disappointed.

Not in a good area of town. It did not meet any expectation of a 3 1/2 star hotel. There is no food service available nor is there a drink machine available. You have to ask the front desk person to purchase a drink. He brought it from his back office. I will never stay here again.

The hotel staff provided excellent service.

The Courtyard By Marriott Norfolk in Virginia Beach, VA was very well prepared for even the pickets of guest. I must say the hotel staff made my stay very enjoyable and they were full of information and useful tidbits.

The staff was nice.
Worms were everywhere.

If you don't want to do anything or just want to get away for a weekend then its OK, they need to up grade the beds and do something with the worms out side that dead.

Everything! The staff was very helpful,!

Everything! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff wAS VERY HELPFUL! We couldnnt get our door to open and they took the time to come down and help us(ended up being time to change the batteries!) and were very sorry and gave us breakfast for our "inconvience" although we were fine. everyone was kind , hotel was very clean.

Close to interstate, no noise and great barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. Very clean rooms and furnished towels when needed and the staff is wonderful.
Too far away from base, whirlpool was being repaired.

The staff is wonderful.
