Very convenient valet parking was just under $20 with tax for unlimited in and out privileges.
The only thing, and this is very minor, the hot tub was not very hot.
This hotel is very clean and functional, perfect for business and families.

The room was spacious and clean.
That we had to pay for parking when we are already paying to stay.

Proximity to BART - walking distance to the station.
The bed was hard, and overall hotel appeared dated.
Clean but dated. In need of a refresh to the decor. Very easy walk to BART giving great access to both East bay and San Francisco.

The Hotel staff were very friendly, and accommodating.
I did not care for the fee for parking.
Overall, the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very nice. The hotel was located perfectly from the events we needed to attend. The room was clean. The only draw back was the fact I had to pay to park my vehicle. So I parked in a garage around the corner in Chinatown that was much less than what the Courtyard charged.

The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and ensure our stay was enjoyable. Very friendly.
Being woke up after 3 hours of sleep by housekeeping.
Very clean and attractive hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. We were treated very well during our stay and the omelets in the mornings are fabulous!

The floor in the lobby. Thats it!
The staff was rude. There are no shuttles to or from the airport. The hotel was a non-smoking hotel yet it smelled of Marijuana all night!
The hotel staff was not the best. They were rude checking in and out. Around 11pm the hotel room began to smell like Marijuana. We complained and they said it was a non-smoking hotel and would look into it. The smell became stronger throughout the night. In the morning, when we were checking out, the smell of marijuana was in the whole hotel. Would not ever stay there again.

Really clean and really convenient to Bart.
Convenience store didn't have enough stuff.
We, my parents, my girlfriend, and I stayed in the Courtyard for our trip to Berkeley and San Francisco. This hotel was in the perfect location for our trip! We were 1 block from the Bart on 12th street. From their to Berkeley, it was around 10 minutes. From there to San Francisco, it was about 15 minutes. We went all over the Berkeley and San Francisco using public transportation and ended up and started a block from the hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable. My only complaints would be that the TV was pretty small in the room and the rooms only had wired internet. Oh, and the little convenience store didn't have much to offer and there was very little open nearby at night. It would be awesome if the nearby Walgreen's didn't close super early. But overall, it was a great place to stay for people that don't plan on spending a great deal of time in the rooms or aren't looking for a super romantic place to stay. read more

The facility was attractive and clean. The rooms were well appointed.
It costs $20 per day to park and they did not include breakfast.

Nothing really. It's not a 3 star.
Paying 20.00 a night to park and no room service.
Over rated. Not 3 star.
