It was new and
clean, near everything, and everyone was friendly.
The thermostat would only go down to 68 degrees. At
night it got a little stuffy.

This was a planned trip to see my son and grand son. The location
was great, the accomodations were perfect and the staff was excellent.

Location, access to I-10.
Overall was not up to par with Marriott Courtyard. Marriott directions were not accurate.

Would stay here again, but was disappointed in overall facility. It wasn't up to par with my other experiences at Marriott Courtyard. The garbage pick up was early in the morning and very noisy. The Priceline price made it worthwhile, but regular price would have been overpriced.

Very basic, more like a motel, doesn't represent Marriott at all. Very far from Palm Desert Center.

Very simple basic hotel. We are very disappointed that its a Marriott. The beds are good and comfortable. The rest is maybe 1.5 star. Very far from the center of palm desert and 15 miles of Palm Spring, in the middle of no where.
