I love the north facing rooms, that face the beautiful mountains ahead.

I have special feelings towards the hotel, since we've stayed there many times with my parents who are no longer with us.

Restaurant staff at breakfast.

Overall hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. When we checked in, we were told that breakfast is served from 7-10 on weekends and there is a per person charge. During breakfast I had to use the rest room. The server chased after me, into the bathroom, telling me, in a rude tone of voice, that I had not paid for breakfast and insisted that I go with him to cashier

The hotel was fairly near the airport.

We needed a hotel near the Palm Springs airport and they accepted our offer. We appreciated the shuttle to the airport. It was a good deal for us.

Not all rooms have balconies.

A very nice hotel which is kept in good condition and is very clean. Good location, plenty of parking and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Staff member was so helpful.
Only have breakfast
in restaurant.

Very clean. One of the staff members was great. He helped us with food choices and printed out our boarding passes for us. Loved the shuttle to the airport as well.

Front desk clerk was very friendly.
Nothing we didn't like - hotel is a little older then we expected.

Older then we expected. The bathroom sink/dressing area was small. Nice room though, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy!!
