The friendliness of the staff. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, but I am unable to remember names.
I would have liked to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

I would recommend this hotel because of the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The rooms was clean, and comfortable.

Very limited sink space in bathroom, poor lighting, no Kleenex, no complimentary breakfast.

It was safe, clean, and attractive but had limitations we would not like to experience again.
