Courtyard By Marriott Parsippany

Room decorations and style is nice but most important requirement is fridge which is missing from room and I never had any worst pillow in my life than in this hotel; no comfy at all.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were very clean with a beautiful lobby and courtyard. The decor did not look like a casino from 1970 which many hotels do. Decent fitness area as well.

This hotel was recently converted from a smoking hotel, so the hotel and at least some rooms still smell like smoke. Food was expensive.

The staff was very ridiculously rude and self-centered. When I entered the counter, they were unfriendly even after I asked for directions to a local grocery. After I left the couple after me was offered chocolate! I found this out because I wanted to switch the room to double beds. The room was in the corner on the main floor right next to the entrance, anyone walking in was able to see us. It had no privacy. read more

Overall we liked it. The room was small, and they promised me a pack and play instead of a crib due to the small room, but gave me a huge metal crib anyway.

Would recommend this hotel to family and friends. It's a nice location, commutable to NYC and easy to get to. Plenty of restaurants in the area. It was clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

Great location and great rooms with clean environment. Recommended for business and leisure travel.

A good courtyard hotel with brighter corridor carpets - looks pretty new and facilities match it.

There was one night staff person that was very rude and was not much help when we asked questions. The hotel itself was great and relaxing.
