The smell of the room and the unhelpful staff.

The room was small and smelled badly. View was miserable and an office complex looked right onto the tiny porch. We never stay here again.

with 2 beds ( 2 people), No extra Blanket for sofa bed.

Hotel was ok (excepting the above) but in a declining neighborhood and if female would not have felt safe to jog nearby.

I liked the location, cleanliness and polite workers. It was a good place to stay.

The hotel was very attractive (inside and out). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great, so was the parking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I would recommend this hotel again. I would stay there next time I am in Pensacola.

Clean, comfortable room.
Heard elevator bell dinging all night.

Nice hotel but can't understand why they have the elevator bell ring so loudly every time someone gets on or off the elevator. It was a real nuisance and kept me awake. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to demand that your room isn't near the elevator.
