When I asked for some reimbursement with the hotel problems I got nothing.

I will not stay here again. Horrible room, heating was uncontrollable, air cond., was uncontrollable, no help from front desk for getting this fixed or other room or a price adjustment!!

Hotel was quick to fix 1 of 3 things broken in our room. Others not done.
2 out of 3 broken things not fixed.

Little frustrated that we had a few issues with lights not working, broken bathroom door lock, broken hairdryer. Only hairdryer was replaced. Never replaced broken light or fixed bathroom door.

The hotel was beside 2 other hotels. I actually had a chance to go inside one of the others since a friend stayed there. The other hotel was horrible inside, made me feel like I was at a luxury hotel. It was very clean. Had a swimming pool, jacuzzi and weight room. I did not go to the weight room. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very clean and relaxing. The room itself was upscale and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in Peoria, Illinois! read more

Loved it! Pool was small, a little too warm, but clean and quiet. Loved our room! Loved the staff. Great except for getting to it, through the mall parking lot kind of strange.

Nice looking rooms.
Pool area was dirty. The hot tub had to be drained.

The rooms were very attractive and the staff very helpful. The pool area was left a mess by others guests that the hot tub was drained. We were given cash back due to this issue.
