Location right in downtown and the bed was very comfy!
The pillows weren't so comfy.

I was very pleased with this hotel and feel that the 3 star rating should have been a 4 the hotel was above my expectations, room was large and very nice and well maintained, I would definitely stay here again.

Terrific they couldn't do enough for us.

Every time we asked for anything all they said was sure, and of course, what a pleasure! Great location, enjoyed the hot tub, clean, great lobby, with strawberry water.

Traffic is super congested in front of the property and building surrounded by one-way streets in the heart of Philly. So hard to get to the hotel that you willingly abandon your car with valets for $36/day parking rate.

Could smell the cleaning fluids, sprays.

Very nice hotel in a historic bank building right across street from City hall and train station. Trains run to the airport every 1/2 hour.

Parking situation $43/night or nearby garage $37/night.

Nice hotel; very poor parking situation and very expensive. Good security since it is downtown. Sheets would not stay on either bed (we had two doubles).

The bedroom was very large. Lots of space.

This hotel was great! I always like Courtyard beds..for some reason they seem more comfortable. This was no different. Excellent night's sleep!
