We've stayed at many Marriott Courtyards, by far coldest staff at this one.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Front desk staff was cold and unfriendly.

The staff were nice and polite. They were helpful.
I was happy with the bed, it was too hard and not very comfortable. I had to pay to park.

The bed was a king size, which is very big, but it was not comfortable at all. It was too hard to fall asleep on. Also the TV wasn't up to today's standard. It was an 20 something inch analog TV that didn't have such a great picture. I was really mad at the fact that you had to pay 22$ to park a day. I just thought the rent I spent on the room should of covered that. The location was fine. I also didn't like the hours of the hotel's restaurant in the morning. They stop serving breakfast at 10am. The staff were nice and helpful though. read more

It was fine.

It has a fabulous location. The room was decent, some of the people working at the hotel were very helpful. The Somona's Grille looks like a chain, but was actually good food and there were nice servers.

Good location, great staff, and good amenities.
Breakfast should begin at 6 and not 6:30 am.

Great location by convention center, valet parking is fast and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent room.

Location. This hotel was more than expected.
I did not expect to pay for breakfast, not much was mentioned towards this either way, and it did not look like a restaurant.

It was nice for the price I paid. I am really glad I did not pay full price. That being said it was close to being perfect, for me.

They did not have a fridge or free parking.

The location is worth the price. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Such an expensive hotel should include a fridge; they also need to specify that valet parking costs $22 on their link. They also need to specify that $5 parking is available a block away on the right. We found out as a surprise when we checked in. Overall, the experience and price were worth the trip. read more

The staff is great, food is excellent, hotel is clean, service was excellent.

This was my second stay at the hotel. I was very pleased with the hotel and staff as a whole. I've enjoyed staying at many of Marriott's Residential Inns and Courtyards. I highly recommend Marriott.
