This can be a strange neighborhood after dark.

The hotel was nice. The staff was top notch, the hotel is comfortable, clean and reflects its level star rating. They met all our needs. Wonderful business room to print boarding passes. We had a Jacuzzi room and did notice that the room did not have a easy chair might be because of the room style. We also missed the use of a mini fridge or micro but very clean, friendly staff and great hotel areas. Nice restaurant food is good but wonderful food downtown is worth the trip. read more

The restaurant was very nice and the food was great and the service was well appreciated.
I liked everything it was a nice experience.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and plan on staying her again in the future.

Location was convenient.
Room was dirty, staff was dismissive and beds were uncomfortable.

The room was dirty, lamps were broken/coming off wall, desk chair was ripped and there was an unidentifiable substance on the nightstand. Elevators were slow and loud. Front desk staff was inattentive, slow and dismissive. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Out dated bathroom.

Close to the MAX and the Rose Garden Arena. Nice size room with king bed and sleeper sofa. Nice indoor pool and exercise area. Walking distance to mall and dining.

The breakfast buffet was good.
The oatmeal at the buffet was watery. The shampoo didn't lather and you had to use the whole bottle.

The beds were comfortable and well stocked with pillows. The pool and the hot tub were fun and relaxing. The workout room was modern. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very close to Rose Quarter and Lloyd Center.
Extra cost for parking.

This was a last minute, quick stay. Room was average size, clean and comfortable. Hotel desk help were friendly. I was disappointed I had to pay extra to park in their garage.
