It was very nice for the price I paid and within walking distance to the event I was attending at the Rose arena.
Cannot think of anything.

Staff was friendly, great breakfast bar that came free with the room. Nice restaurant and bar area. Just very pleased for the price I paid.

Convenience to the light rail, and overall cleanliness.
Not much else, very near it like restaurants and shopping.

An excellent hotel overall! A very short walk (21/2 blocks) to the MAX light rail which is within the free zone to downtown, and $2.30 to and from the airport. The room was was very clean, very nice, almost luxurious. Only drawback is it's not really near a major shopping or dining area--have to walk a ways or take the MAX. But although it is between 2 very busy streets, It seems perfectly safe and there is no street noise in the rooms. read more

Front desk was very friendly.
There was no room service at night. We were starving when we checked in at 9:00 pm and could not get food on a holiday weekend.

If room service was available, it would have gotten a solid 9+. However, to not have any room service available was just odd and unexpected as well as very inconvenient.

Staff was very kind and helpful in every single area of the hotel that is impressive to say the least!
Nothing to complain about.

From the front desk to the bar, breakfast variety and taste houskeeping and location. Everything was great. They really treated me like as
a welcome guest! The hotel is very close to shopping and the light rail max system. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large which is rare. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice business center with free internet and print job.
The hotel room reminds me of Best Western but upgraded.

Very convenient location steps away from MAX, courteous staff, hotel is nice and clean everywhere. I will definitely stay there again.

The decor and cleanliness.
The towels were damp.

It was a great hotel. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The only negative was the towels in the bathroom being damp. Housekeeping promptly brought new ones but the new ones were damp too.
