Courtyard By Marriott Provo

Out of all of the hotels I have stayed at in Orem and Provo, this was my best experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and was quiet. I will stay there again when returning to the area.

The hotel looked great on the outside and in the lobby. The hotel room appeared to be under repair and we had separate beds which is not worth the little amount we saved on the room. The room seemed to me to be an upgraded motel six with a fancy lobby.

I got this hotel on Priceline and what a value. I wish we had more time to look around Provo this trip. Next time, if we are fortunate to get this deal on Priceline, we will take them up on the offer to add an extra night for the same price.

Good hotel clean great location and the customer service was great.

Location was centrally located to college, shopping, short trips to Sundance and Park Cities north.

Very nice, didn't know we had to pay for breakfast when we went in for the breakfast buffet. Usually that has been included in nicer hotels we have stayed at.

I read many of the reviews prior to staying at this hotel. Some were accurate and some were not. The beds were good and the room size was good. We had a guest room with a King bed and sofa sleeper. We also requested a rolling bed for our other child. Great room size and it worked great for a family of 4. The price we paid through priceline was great for the quality of the hotel. Location to the freeway was not as good but not that hard to find. Some people complained in other reviews about the pool and Hot pool temps. They were great! I am sure they have fixed these issues. Also look at the time of year they stayed. Winter time any pool will seem cold! Our stay in July, the room was clean and everything worked fine. I would say that the A/C unit was a bit noisy in our room (402) but the rest of the hotel was very quiet. Ice machine on 4th floor also didn't work but we just used the stair to the 3rd floor to get ice. Definitely would stay again! Nice and friendly staff! read more

Hotel was clean and nice room, but our room was so hot it made it unbearable to sleep. Air conditioning couldn't cool it off.

Clean and friendly, pool was nice indoor small pool very clean. Staff was very nice. I did leave my shoes and the front desk kept them in a bag until I could pick them up. Breakfast was really good for a nominal charge ( this was on a Sunday so I'm not sure during the week. Great location for Provo and surrounding areas.
