I really liked the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the hotel lobby and the outside scenery very much.
I cannot think of anything to say negative about the hotel.

Excellent facility to stay with young children. High speed internet connection in the lobby is very helpful.

I especially liked the location, close to our son's home.

It was a great place to stay not on a busy street, but very close to whatever we needed to shop for. The accommodations were very nice and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

This is a great location, convenient to mall and many shopping areas - room was very small and the pool was shallow and very small also - some sort of breakfast could of been provided.

The quietness of the hotel and the cleanliness.
A small refrigerator would be a nice asset to the rooms.

The location in Richmond is perfect and accessible to shopping and restaurants. The exterior of the hotel is clean and welcoming.

Friendly staff and no problems with the stay.
Had a little trouble getting someone to answer the phone at the desk one time.

We had a wonderful stay. The food at the breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff was wonderful. We noticed in the room that there was no shortage of towels, etc. and pillows were everywhere. Excellent location with many restaurants and stores close by.
