Because of Priceline, I stayed in a much nicer hotel than what
I normally budget for on business trips.
Not a breakfast included hotel.

Attractive and affordable through Priceline, this hotel was clean and friendly. Do not get caught in thinking that the breakfast is free because it is not.

Thermostat in my room was very hard to tame.

Quiet, a good night's sleep.
The room had been a smoking room, and the odor was very noticeable.

A good, comfortable room with good access to Western Richmond businesses. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped me with several questions about Richmond businesses.

Check in staff lacking in hospitality and office skill.

Although the evening front desk people require more customer service and check in training (we had to suggest ways for the check in staff to check us in after a 20 minute wait where they discussed all the problems of the check in routine and computer in front of us where we were the only ones in line- although they were very receptive to the information on how to check us in once we gave them some suggestions and ideas), the hotel itself was nice- quiet room, nice sitting places in lobby by the fireside and outside the lobby in back garden,computer and printing center very pleasant, the gym and pool were quite pleasant. Close to Inns brook which is helpful and Short Pump Mall if you like shopping. Star bucks and a good bagel place are a couple blocks drive. read more
