Room was a little outdated and did not offer complimentary breakfast.

Overall, a
good experience, staff was very helpful. Would have preferred rooms to be a little more fancy and would have liked to have the complimentary breakfast that other like hotels offer.

Nice hotel in nice part of town, near restaraunts and shopping.
No pool.

Very nice except for the cigarette smoke we could smell in the hallways. Fortunately we couldn't smell in our room. They need to go to every other floor or something like that.

Oxygen dependent. Staff went facilitated delivery of oxygen supplies and place in the room. It was ready and waiting when I got their. Very commendable!

I really liked the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere of the hotel lobby and the outside scenery very much.
I cannot think of anything to say negative about the hotel.

Excellent facility to stay with young children. High speed internet connection in the lobby is very helpful.
