Clean rooms, pool and hot tub good exercise room.

Nice hotel with easy access to the highway. Nice pool and hot tub. The exercise room is small but the equipment is nice. The staff is friendly and the front desk let me choose my room location. Great experience.

Loud guests staying in adjoining rooms.

At midnight, 2:00AM, and then 4:00AM, there was some sort of disturbance going on in several rooms on my floor. Actually feared for the safety of my family. Did not want to call police or desk as was afraid that would have made matters worse or got me involved in something I wanted no part of. All I can say is there was screaming, yelling, swearing, banging of doors, etc. Sounded like I was in the middle of the Rodney King riots. read more

The internet was out!

When we checked in we were told the internet would be out until the next AM, and we were given 2 free breakfasts. We stayed a total of 4 nights and never could access the internet in our room. It did get fixed and we could use the computers in the lobby, but for a business traveler this was quite an inconvenience.
