Quiet, nice staff, clean pool, free internet, appealing room decor.
Down comforter was too hot for me. Walls a bit too thin (snoring).

I loved staying here. I felt safe because the outer doors were all secured. It was bright and cheery. The internet was free and the pool was clean and inviting. The workout room was great too. Had free weights, treadmills, water & towels. The staff was friendly and housekeeping was quiet. Really liked this hotel! (Only issue was the man snoring in next room.)

Clean rooms, pool and hot tub good exercise room.

Nice hotel with easy access to the highway. Nice pool and hot tub. The exercise room is small but the equipment is nice. The staff is friendly and the front desk let me choose my room location. Great experience.

The Courtyard by Marriott on West Broad is conveniently located, well appointed, comfortable, safe, and with helpful, friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Older Courtyard. Ask for a bigger room if needed. I was there alone, late a night entry, early departure.

Loud guests staying in adjoining rooms.

At midnight, 2:00AM, and then 4:00AM, there was some sort of disturbance going on in several rooms on my floor. Actually feared for the safety of my family. Did not want to call police or desk as was afraid that would have made matters worse or got me involved in something I wanted no part of. All I can say is there was screaming, yelling, swearing, banging of doors, etc. Sounded like I was in the middle of the Rodney King riots. read more
