We lost our electric because of snow storm. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
I cannot say that I dislike anything. It was all good.

Hotel was clean. People helpful and friendly. I will recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good and reasonably priced.
Not enough staff at check in. Sheets were dirty so had to use cot sheets.

Nice size room, quiet hvac, clean.
Vanity and closet, arrangement too cramped, beds were not comfortable.

We did not spend very much time in the hotel. We were in the room for approximately 12 hours of our stay. Would like to have an info button on the TV remote to find out what we were watching just like regular cable TV. This feature does not seem to be available on hotel televisions. Hotel was very quiet and colorful, and felt warm. While rooms felt large enough, the entry, bath, vanity and closet area seemed to be very concentrated and cramped. We did not get to sample the breakfast, but the lobby and the desk clerks were very friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable. We thought the hotel looked very clean and new, the granite vanity top, and reception area counter were beautiful. read more

Very clean, nice decor, friendly people.
The location was closer to downtown Richmond than I had requested - should have been Innsbrook location.

The hotel was fine. We did not eat at the restaurant as we met with family at the nearby Dennys, and other restaurants.
