The neighborhood looks dangerous and the parking lot is somewhat dark and secluded.

This hotel is like an island in a run-down poor neighborhood. Hotel is well-maintained and clean, with a nice pool area. Staff was friendly and helpful. But the area is not good and might prevent me from staying there again.

Great customer service makes me a Marriott frequent flier.
No complaints at all.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant staff was exceptionally helpful and the facility was clean, neat and well maintained as I would
expect for a Marriott.

Did not have free breakfast. Had only decaf coffee in room. I need real coffee to get me going. The coffee in room had a chemical taste.

Convenient to UCR. Very pleasant clean room.

I didn't like there is you can't smoke in the hotel.
