Placed in a very busy room area with lots of noise. We were there without children for a quiet getaway.

Overall good. TV is oddly placed and small for today's standards. We were placed in an area with lots of active kids and families when we were there for a quiet getaway. Noisy halls.

The staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful.
The internet service (Ibahn) is terrible. Many business travelers in todays world carry portable voip devices with them. Ibahn makes it impossible.

The accommodations were extremely user friendly (except for the internet service). I was unable to get on the internet in my room for one of the two days of my stay. I was able to get on the internet in the lobby but it is impossible to load any of my documents onto the lobby computer to send to my office. The ibahn system is too restrictive and it is not "net-neutral" meaning that business travelers with non-computer internet business technology cannot utilize it. read more

Comfortable bed, clean room, housekeeping was very nice. Towels were thick and plentiful. We stayed two nights and were pleased with our room.

Public areas were nice; pool area was nice.
Pool was a bit cold, room was fairly small for the star level.

The hotel met our expectations but did not exceed them. The room was comfortable although would be small if you had more than two people or were staying for longer than a night. We could hear the hallway noise quite easily from inside the room. The public areas were inviting and the pool area was nice, although the water was a bit chilly. The pool is small but it was not crowded so it was not an issue for us. The courtyard area and balcony on the room is a nice feature, although we didn't use it because the weather was cold and rainy. read more
