Good location, and great price.
Doors are very thin, and don't filter sound well from the hallway.

This is a good hotel for the price. We had a king size bed with a sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed, while my three kids slept on the king size bed. The pillows and sheets on the bed were were decent. The room was pretty small, but service able. The sofa was close enough to the bed that the kids could jump back and forth between them. The bathroom was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. The elevator is not conveniently located to the lobby. You had to walk the length of the hotel (it's in the shape of a square) to one of the corners to get to the elevator. The only real quibble I had was that the hotel didn't offer a complimentary breakfast. The $10 charged for breakfast seemed a bit steep, so we didn't eat there. We went to the Krispy Kreme just up the road. The restaurant (it's really just an eating area) is not open for lunch or dinner. There is no wireless Wi-Fi in the rooms, and parking is free. read more

Great rooms, great amenities, great location, great service!
There was not anything that I did not like about my stay.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my days, and with the exception of the hotels in Las Vegas, I think the Courtyard by Marriot in Rockville was one of the best. The staff is extremely helpful, the room was well appointed and comfortable, the common area courtyard was a welcome retreat and the breakfast buffet was very satisfying.

Front desk staff was extremely accommodating & friendly.
Very limited room service menu.

Employees were extremely helpful with suggestions for eating and entertainment. They were patient with all my requests for directions. The cleaning staff were quite efficient and non-intrusive It was a very positive experience.
