The Marriott name and closeness to the airport.
No liquor in the lounge - only beer and wine.

It was very comfortable, clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms were large, but the bathroom vanity was very small. The restaurant was adequate, but because of Salt Lake City regulations, you can't order just a drink in the lounge.

Rooms that face on the interstate are subject to a lot of traffic noise all night. I requested a room on the quiet side which was great.

I liked the shuttle service.
Noisy heater/air conditioner.

My room was located next to a major interstate and the traffic noise was disturbing all night. The air conditioner was very noisy and did not keep the room at a constant temperature. The room was sparse and the bathroom was small with a tiny sink counter top.
